Our purpose for writing this book is to share with you some of our favorite recipes in an innovative and spectacularly fun way, teaching academic content areas by connecting everyday skills like baking to essentially increase students’ confidence, mastery levels, and will to believe. This Recipe Book and S.T.E.A.M Guide can be used both in your kitchens and in your classrooms. Our plan for using this Bakeology 101 Guide and Recipe Book is to engage you in our world of S.T.E.A.M Baking as we infuse culinary arts with Science, Technology, Engineering, ARTS, and Mathematics.
