Ashalah Michelle Wright, at the age of 12 years old, decided against all odds that she would live out her dream.  Ashalah Michelle’s dream was to become a pastry chef and she had no plans on waiting until she reached adulthood.  She has now taken her place in the culinary world as a teen celebrity pastry chef, business owner, philanthropist, and writer founding Cook Me Up A Notch and The Kid Chef Dreams Academy in February of 2016.  She is an award-winning baker, published author, speaker, Jr., and teenpreneur looking to grow her business in order to afford her more opportunities to inspire kids all around the world to believe that their dreams too, can come true!
